Pelvic Floor Specialists:

Pelvic floor specialists are Physical Therapists that have a special certification in the function and care of the pelvic floor specifically. They are an an invaluable member of your care team during your prenatal and postpartum experience (and beyond!)- often assisting with musculoskeletal pain, labor positions, breathing, diastasis recti and pelvic floor health. Pelvic floor dysfunction is common even years after the "perinatal" period. Even people who have not given birth can experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Thus, pelvic floor Physical Therapists are amazing resources for any body at any stage in life.

I am currently building a network of pelvic floor specialists with whom I have built a relationship of trust and communication. I have those listed below as well as a few links that can help you find other physical therapists with a specialty in pelvic floor health in your area and within your insurance network.
