Building Stronger Communities
One of my goals with Reclaim Fitness was to make empowering movement and body knowledge accessible to ALL birthing bodies- especially those within our most vulnerable populations. So, part of my business is offering low-cost or free informational classes and workshops through local organizations that are focused on building our communities and supporting low-income families here in Monterey County and its surrounding areas.
See below for where I'll be and how to join!
